You know how I like for things to be prepared? How I lay out the kids' clothes for the week on Sundays? Well, I've added another Sunday chore. Its the snack preparation. Not for the kids, but for Chris and I. All perfectly portioned and ready to eat. If it needs a spoon, then its packed with a spoon. Knife? Packed with one. Done. And all we have to do is grab it out of the fridge in the morning.
Here's what it looks like...
Just in case you're interested...from left to right...
1. Melba toast with a wedge of laughing cow cheese and a plastic knife
2. dannon light and fit yogurt (45 to 50 cal/serving). I add a scoop of bare naked granola in my bag to mix in the yogurt along with a spoon.
3. yogurt veggie dip for the carrots on the end :)
4. mix of peanuts and almonds
5. blueberries
6. carrots
