...but I think these flowers might be dead.
For sure I think this one is.
Its not all brown and crunchy yet though, so I just keep watering it. I really don't know what happened.
And then when you round the corner to the side of the house, you see my crowning glory.
Some other random things that happened in my day...
1. I ate a salad at Chick-fil-a for lunch and that made me happy.
2. We gave up cable some time ago and Chris recently bought a Roku device (no, I don't really know anything about it, but I am going to talk like I do). We can listen to Pandora on it and I typed in the Paul Simon station tonight during dinner making and right off the bat it played my favorite Paul Simon song, Late in the Evening...followed by a billion other songs that I love. And with each song I said, "Ooooohhhh, I love this song!" The good people at Pandora really do seem to know what they are doing.
3. I'll be posting these super cute new retro cab earrings in the shop later tonight.

The plants . . . dig it up and see if it has root rot. When mine start to look that way it's because I've overwater, or the sprinkler is broken and they haven't had a drink for a loooong time.
Or. . . if you see no roots, you have a gopher, which happens to me often. I have one spot in my garden where absolutely nothing with grow. It's the gopher that is impervious to all of our attempts to catch him.
