I could lay my head down and take a nap right now.

I just said that to Chris. There were times today when I thought to myself, oh, thank God tomorrow is Friday! I just have to get through the rest of today. Only to then have the painful realization that it is in fact, just Wednesday, making tomorrow just Thursday. Ugh.

Random statements made by my children:

As we were walking out of the book fair at the girls' school today, I said this to their media specialist who I also happen to be friends with...

"Bye, Jenn! Have a great night! I'll talk to you soon!"

And Chandler said, "Um, I thought her name was Mrs. Saine."

Yes, it is. But she does have a first name.

Then on the drive home Casey said...

"Mom. I have a pimple. On my face. By my nose."

I already knew this because you would have to be blind to miss it.

Me: Yes, Honey. I saw it.
Casey: Why does this happen?
Me: Well, its either dirt in your pores or some hormone issues.
Casey: Well whatever it is I hope Chandler gets one tomorrow for making fun of me today.
