After work today I ran into town to Target to finish Easter basket shopping. This year I've decided to put things in the basket that I have to buy anyway - bathing suits, sunglasses, etc. And then I swung through the shoe dept and found these oh-so-cute sandals and figured, well, they will need new sandals this year. And, the best part, was that they were on sale - 2 pairs for $20. Sold! So I bought the first pair for Chan and the pink pair for Case. And then at dinner tonight Casey announced that pink (after the past 6 years) is no longer her favorite color...green is. I blame Chris for this. On St. Patrick's Day he complimented Casey to the hilt on how nice green looked on her. So I'm thinking that the pink sandals will be going in his Easter basket.

Her favorite color may have changed but I betcha she would've picked those pink sandals.
Please make sure Chris wears his new pink sandals to church on Sunday!
