I buy the avocados from the good people at Publix. :) I had it tonight with provolone cheese and it was also good. I think I might try some bacon on it this week too. Just to mix it up a little.

mayo, avocado, tomatoes (with salt and pepper), and colby jack cheese on honey wheat bread...I think I've eaten 12 of them this week. Just sayin.
